How to 10x your pricing
Apr 16, 2024
Learn how to 10x your your service prices to $5,000+ a month without alienating customers.

I want to talk about pricing today. And even if you think you've got it already figured out, read this.
I very commonly see people running $500/mo services having a difficult time growing their business.
If you want to make a $500/mo service business work, you need a profound ability to deliver client results & deliver good client experiences.
It is 100% possible to scale this business.
It's just more difficult than it otherwise would be with a $5,000 offer.
Now before I get into this, you need to be made aware of a requirement to charge this much.
There's the requirement to charge 10x more (who you have to be)
Then there's how to charge more (what you have to do)
We'll start with the requirement.
The more money your offer costs, the more authority you need to have.
Authority is derived from all of these:
Case studies from other clients. Results you've driven for other people
Content you have online
The size of the following (more importantly, not HOW MANY followers you have, but WHO follows you, and WHO you're associated with).
You simply can't be a nobody.
There needs to be a fair bit of proof that
1.) You are the person who gets results, and
2.) You will not scam them.
The prospect will subconsciously want to feel that there are social ramifications if you fuck the engagement up or screw them over.
Next, let's move onto HOW to charge more (what you have to do)
Imagine an offer where you are a lead generation agency.
You get leads for your clients by making ads & running ads for them.
At a high level glance, here is everything involved in that:
Making the ad creatives
Managing the ad account
Creating the email follow ups
Calling the leads (or hiring people to call the leads)
Doing the sales calls (or hiring people to do the sales calls)
The $500/mo offer will stop at point 2.
That's why it's a $500/mo offer.
The $5,000/mo offer will stop at point 6.
It will do everything.
The more stuff you do = the more you can get paid.
It is simply all about being able to fulfill each point at a low enough cost that is LESS than what the client is willing to pay for it.
It is the same exact thing as a grocery store by their products from a wholesale distributor and then marking them up to you to make a profit.
Except you're doing it with labor: either your time or labor you have purchased from other people.
Now I would like to make a caveat here:
You do not need to be charging $5,000/mo to run a successful business.
In fact, many productized business are scaling massively at $1,700 to $2,500/mo.
Now go out, use a tool like Instantly or Smartlead and send some volume.
Also, I'm currently building the FASTLANE® wifi money blueprint, a community for like-minded, ambitious solo- and multipreneurs that want to scale to $100K/month.
